I know how daunting it can be ﬁnding the right counsellor and making that ﬁrst contact.
The cornerstone of any type of therapy is talking and it is important you feel comfortable and relaxed with whoever you choose.
For that reason, I oﬀer a free, initial consultation for you to ﬁnd out if I am the right fit for you.
This can be done in person, over the phone or by email, whichever you feel more comfortable with, and takes approximately 20 minutes.
Sessions are usually weekly and, on average, last for 6 sessions, although this is dependent on what comes up in the sessions and the support you need.
If you book a block of 6 sessions I can offer a 10% discount. Please discuss this with me at your initial consultation, if this is something you would like to do.

Going forward, consultations cost £40 and are 60 minutes long, although our first full session may be up to 90 minutes
(so don’t book anything straight afterwards because we want you to be chilled!)
